Indonesian Passport

Description:
Indonesian Passportisan officialdocumentissued by the Indonesian Authority containsthe identity ofthe holderandvalidfor travel to other countries.Documents required from the applicant:
Passport for adults:

  1. Original Birth Certificate/School Certificate.
  2. Original Identity Card.
  3. Original Family Card.
  4. Working statement or proof of business ownership.
  5. Old passport or certificate of never had a passport.
  6. Marriage certificate and spouse ID card.
  7. Divorce certificate.
  8. Statement letter from the Travel Agent (especially for Umroh/Hajj)

Passport for children ages 0 to 18 years old:

  1. Original Birth Certificate/ School Certificate.
  2. Original Identity Card for children ages 17 – 18 years old.
  3. Parents' identity card (KTP).
  4. Original parent’s passport.
  5. Original Family Card.
  6. Statement from the school.
  7. Application statement of parents.
  8. Marriage Certificate of parents.
  9. If necessary; parents Death Certificate or Divorce Certificate and Court Decisions.
  10. Old passport or certificate of never had a passport.

The above fee is include:

  1. Passport of the Republic of Indonesia
  2. Services fee, pickup and delivery documents from Kuta and Denpasar area.

Process:

  1. Please prepare all the above required documents and contact Bali PAS.
  2. Bali PAS staff shall attend to all matters concerning the passport process to Indonesian  Authority. This process takes maximum 10 working days after the documents complete.
  3. During this process, Bali PAS shall arrange an appointment for the applicant (and the  parents for children passport) to come to the Immigration Office for a photographs an fingerprints session.
Social and Culture Visa

Description:

Social Culture Visa is a short visit visa for a social or culture purposes such as visiting relatives or friends, culture exchange and education. This visa allows a visitor to stay in Indonesia for 60 days from the arrival date and extendable every 30 days until maximum 180 days based on Immigration Office approval.

This visa is applicable at the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate before the departure. A sponsor letter from an Indonesian is required. The holder of this visa is not allowed to work or do any business activities to earn money inside Indonesia. This is a single entry visa which will be expired once the holder leaves Indonesia.

Document required for an extension:

  1. Original passport.
  2. Boarding pass.
  3. Sponsor letter from an Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia.
  4. Copy of sponsor’s ID Card (KTP) issued by Government of Bali. 
  5. Sponsor’s ID card outside Bali must attached with Kipem

 

The above extension fee includes:

  1. Visa extension for 30 days.
  2. Services fee, pickup and delivery documents from Kuta and Denpasar area.

 

The above extension fee doesn’t include:

  1. Visa application fee at Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.
  2. Air ticket, airport tax, accommodation or other travel costs.
  3. Any insurance and personal liability.
  4. Translation fee for any documents.

Process:

  1. Please prepare copy of the applicant’s passport which is valid for minimum 18 (eighteenth) months from the arrival date in Indonesia. Send them to Bali PAS as per address below or as these are copies may be forwarded by email to : info@indonesiavisas.com .
  2. Bali PAS shall provide a Sponsor Letter and the Indonesian ID Card and send them to the applicant to apply the visa to the appointed Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.  
  3. Apply this Social Culture Visa – Index 211 to the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate. The following documents will be required:
    1. Sponsor letter from an Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia.
    2. Copy of sponsor’s ID card (KTP).
    3. Original passport valid for minimum 18 (eighteenth) months from the arrival date.
    4. Passport sized photograph.
    5. Other documents and forms required by Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.   
  4. After arriving in Indonesia, prepare the above mentioned documents and for the 1 (first) and 2 (second) extension please contact Bali PAS at least 7 (seven) days before the expiry date as stamped in the passport. And for the 3 (third) and 4 (fourth) extension please contact Bali PAS 15 (fifteenth) days before expiry date.
  5. Bali PAS staff will attend to all matters concerning the extension to the Indonesian Immigration Office.
  6. This extension process for first and second extension takes 7 working days. The third and fourth extension takes 10 working days, depend on Immigration Computer System..
  7. For the 1st extension, 4-5 days after the application is submitted, the applicant is required to come to the immigration office for photo and fingerprints. Schedule for photo and fingerprints shall be notified immediately to the applicant after Bali PAS received the information from the Immigration Office.

Single Entry Business Visa

Single Entry Business Visa is provided for business person who needs to come to Indonesia for business activities. Holder of this visa is allowed to do any business activities without earn money inside of Indonesia.

This visa allows a visitor to stay in Indonesia for 60 days from the arrival date and extendable every 30 days until maximum 180 days based on Immigration Office approval. This is a single entry visa which will be expired once the holder leaves Indonesia.

This visa is applicable at the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate before the departure based on a sponsor letter from an Indonesian company.

Subject of this visa is citizen of the following countries; Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei Philippine, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, Holland, Belgium, Finland, India, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Swiss, Italy, Austria, Spain, USA, Canada.

  1. Copy passport with all stamped pages, valid minimal 18 months.
  2. Red background photographs. Sized 4x6cm = 2pcs. 
  3. Applicant Resume or Curriculum Vitae.

Document required for an extension:

  1. Original passport.
  2. Red background photographs. Sized 4x6cm = 2pcs. 
  3. Application letter (signed by the company director and sealed with a stamp).
  4. Copy of sponsor’s ID card (KTP).
  5. Original 4 pages of Company Letter Heads  Signed by the company director, and sealed with the company stamp.

Company documents required for the sponsorship:

  1. Copy of Company Act / Akta Pendirian  
  2. Copy of Company Locality Letter / TDP   
  3. Copy of Company Tax Number / NPWP
  4. Copy of Company Business License / SIUP / SITU

  1. After arriving in Indonesia, prepare the above mentioned documents and for the 1 (first) and 2 (second) extension please contact Bali PAS at least 7 (seven) days before the expiry date as stamped in the passport. Multiple Entry Business Visa

Multiple Entry Business Visa is provided for business person who often need to come to Indonesia for business activities. Holder of this visa is allowed to do any business activities without earn money inside of Indonesia. Sponsorship should be the name of Indonesian company. The validity of this visa is 1 year. Applicant can get 60 days stay permit upon every arrival in Indonesia, but it can’t be extended. Multiple Entry Business Visa will be not expired even though the holder leaves Indonesia during the validity.

Subject of this visa is citizen of the following countries; Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei Philippine, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, Holland, Belgium, Finland, India, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Swiss, Italy, Austria, Spain, USA, Canada.

Documents required from the applicant:

  1. Color copy passport with all stamped pages, valid minimal 18 months.
  2. Red background Photographs. Sized 4x6cm = 2pcs. 
  3. Applicant Resume or Curriculum Vitae.
  4. Color copy bank statement with minimum balance U$ 1,400.
  5. Schedule of business activity for 1 (one) year period, and please state the position in sponsor company
  6. Copy ticket (planning to collect visa and come to Indonesia).

Company documents required for the sponsorship (color copy):

  1. Copy of Company Act / Akta Pendirian  
  2. Copy of Company Locality Letter / TDP

  4. Any insurance and personal liability.
  5. Penalty of overstay fee.
  6. Other cost which is not mentioned on the “fee includes”.

 Process:

  1. Please prepare all the above documents required from the applicant. Send them to Bali PAS as per address below or as these are copies may be forwarded by email to : info@indonesiavisas.com
  2. Bali PAS shall arrange the approval from Immigration Head Office Jakarta. This process takes at least 15 working days.
  3. Bali PAS will send the approval together with the related documents to the applicant. This approval is valid for 2 months or as stated on the approval letter to apply the visa at the appointed Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.
  4. Please apply the visa at the appointed Indonesian Embassy or Consulate. Visa application fee is not included in our arrangement fee. There are differences in fees, terms and conditions almost in every Indonesian Embassy or Consulate. We recommend the applicant to ask to the Embassy or Consulate by themselves at where the visa application will be submitted. The Indonesian Embassy or Consulate is closed on Indonesian National holiday as well as country's own national holiday where they are.
  5. The Indonesian Embassy or Consulate will issue the visa based on their authority. Once the visa is granted and issued, please use the visa and enter Indonesia within 2 (two) months or as stated on the visa sticker so that the given visa is not expired.
  6. This visa is valid for 1 year from the date of issued. To extend this visa, please contact Bali PAS at least 1 month before the expiry date. Bali PAS shall arrange a new approval from the Immigration Head Office in Jakarta. The same procedure as obtaining a visa at the beginning.
Retirement Visa – First Application 

According to the Indonesian law, a Retirement Visa is required for foreign retirees aged 55 years old or more to stay longer in Indonesia. They must have a good character, no intention to work or to do any business activity in Indonesia. Also don’t involve in crime or political movements inside or outside of Indonesia.

Subject of this visa is citizen of the following countries; Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei Philippine, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, Holland, Belgium, Finland, India, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Swiss, Italy, Austria, Spain, USA, Canada.

Term and Condition:

This visa is also called Retirement Limited Stay Permit (KITAS), valid for 1 year and it is extendable every one year based on Immigration and the Indonesian authority approval. This visa must be sponsored by an appointed Authorized Travel Agency in Indonesia.

Bali PAS is associated with Authorized Travel Agency Kuta Cemerlang Bali Jaya (KCBJ). Please visit their website www.kcbj.co.id. KCBJ is operated since 1983, as one of a few travel agency granted permission to sponsor a retirement visa. KCBJ is located at the same address with Bali PAS. 

Holders of this visa are not allowed to work, earn money inside Indonesia or involved by employment contract with any party, respect and obey the Indonesian and International laws, regulations and or public ethics. Any violations of the Indonesian laws, regulations, public ethic or any criminal case resulting from their misconduct and all kinds of taxes resulting from their existence in Indonesia will be their own responsibility. KCBJ only provides the sponsorship but KCBJ does not responsible for any of the matters mentioned above.

Documents required from the applicant (According to art 142.i, Government Regulation No.31 of 2013):

  1. Sponsor letter from appointed Travel Agency in Indonesia.
  2. Color copy passport with all stamped pages, valid minimal 18 months and also sufficient space for the Immigration Stamp.
  3. Statement from the bank or pension fund in home country or in Indonesia regarding the availability of funds to live in Indonesia (Last three months) minimum income Rp. 200.000.000 or U$ 15.000,-.
  4. Valid health insurance, life insurance, and third party liability coverage (Original Card and Policy).
  5. Proof of residential status, contract or rental agreement in Indonesia and copy ID card of owner in Indonesia.
  6. Employment Letter. The applicant must employ at least one Indonesian citizen for informal assistance. Copy of Indonesian employee ID card is required.
  7. Red background photographs. Sized 4x6cm = 4pcs.
  8. Applicant Curriculum Vitae and Declaration Form provided by Bali PAS.
  9. Resident Statement (Surat Keterangan Domisili) from the Head of Village.   

When the family members are involved and require a visa:

It is possible for the spouse of a Retirement Visa applicant to apply for a visa for the spouse or children with even though he or she is still under the age of 18. Please provide:

  • Color copy of the spouse’s and children’s with all stamped pages, valid minimal 18 months
  • Copy of the marriage certificate
  • Copy of the children’s birth certificate
  • Copy of the family register
  • Red background photographs. Sized 4x6cm = 4pcs.

The above application fee includes:

  1. Approval from Jakarta Immigration Head Office.
  2. KITAS (Limited Stay permit Card) from Immigration Office.
  3. KITAS Process ONLY in Immigration Office of Bali Area.
  4. Police documentation; Surat Tanda Melapor (STM).
  5. Sponsorship for 1 year. This sponsorship will be evaluated each year.
  6. Multiple Re-Entry Permit 1 year.

The above application fee doesn’t include:

  1. Visa application fee at the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.  
  2. Air ticket, airport tax, accommodation or other travel costs.
  3. EPO (Exit Permit Only) when the holder wishes to stop using the KITAS.
  4. Translation fee for any documents.
  5. Any insurance and personal liability.
  6. Penalty of overstay fee.
  7. Other cost which is not mentioned on the “fee includes”.

 Process:

  2. Bali PAS shall arrange the approval from Immigration Head Office Jakarta. This process takes at least 10 working days.
  3. Bali PAS shall send the approval together with the related documents to the applicant. This approval is valid for 2 months or as stated on the approval letter to apply the visa at the appointed Indonesian Embassy or Consulate. Please check your data in the approval before submitted the approval (TELEX) to Indonesian Embassy or Consulate
  4. Please apply the visa at the appointed Indonesian Embassy or Consulate. Visa application fee is not included in our arrangement fee. There are differences in fees, terms and conditions almost in every Indonesian Embassy or Consulate. We recommend the applicant to ask to the Embassy or Consulate by themselves at where the visa application will be submitted. The Indonesian Embassy or Consulate is closed on Indonesian National holiday as well as country's own national holiday where they are.
  5. The Indonesian Embassy or Consulate will issue the visa based on their authority. Once the visa is granted and issued, please use the visa and enter Indonesia within 3 (three) months or as stated on the visa sticker so that the given visa is not expired.
  6. When the applicant is arrived in Indonesia, please contact Bali PAS immediately to do the rest of the arrangement. The next step is to apply a KITAS (Limited Stay Permit Card) to the local Immigration Office. The application must be submitted within 7 days after arrival in Indonesia. This process takes about 3 weeks. During this process, Bali PAS will contact the applicant to come to the Immigration Office for photographs and fingerprints session. Please note, a delay of this application will be subject to a penalty.
  7. A police documentation called Surat Tanda Melapor (STM) will be processed and takes at least 2 weeks. This is the final step of your visa process.
  8. The KITAS is valid for 1 year from arrival date in Indonesia. To extend the KITAS, please contact Bali PAS at least 1 month before the expiry date. The KITAS can be extended while the holder is in Indonesia. A KITAS is extendable until 5 times, than the holder can apply a 5 years KITAP (Permanent Stay Permit).
  9. A Re-Entry Permit already included in the KITAS, this is required when the KITAS holder is going to leave Indonesia and wish to use the same visa on the way back to enter Indonesia.
  10. An Exit Permit Only (EPO) is required when a KITAS holder wishes to stop using their visa. Please contact Bali PAS at least 1 month before the expiry date of the KITAS or 1 week before exit from Indonesia (Ticket required). 

Term and conditions:

  1. Retirements Visa / Kitas holder, NOT allow to work, NOT conduct business activity, NOT earn money or involved by employment contract with any party.
  2. Any violation of the terms and conditions of Retirement Visa / Kitas holder is a personal action and will not involve either a PT. Kuta Cemerlang Bali Jaya as sponsor or the visa agency.
  3. Will obey all forms of regulations and laws applicable in the territory of Republic of Indonesia.
  4. Any violations of the Indonesian and International laws, regulations, public ethics or any criminal cases resulting from client’s misconduct and all kinds of material and moral resulting from my existence in Indonesia will be client/own responsibility and do not to PT. Kuta Cemerlang Bali Jaya as the sponsor and the visa agency any responsibility for any of the matters mentioned above.
Family Visa

Family Visa is a residence permit given to a spouse or family whose husband / wife / parents have Indonesian Nationality or a Limited Stay Permit (Indonesian KITAS). Children under the age of 18 years old who wants to stay with their parents in Indonesia are entitled to apply this visa. This visa is also called Family KITAS, valid for 1 year and it is extendable every one year based on Immigration and the Indonesian authority approval.

Subject of this visa is citizen of the following countries; Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei Philippine, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, Holland, Belgium, Finland, India, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Swiss, Italy, Austria, Spain, USA, Canada.

Documents required for application:

Family visa sponsored by Indonesian family: 

  1. Color copy passport with all stamped pages, valid minimal 18 months also sufficient space for the Immigration Stamp.
  2. Original Marriage Certificate registered in the couple both countries.
  3. Original Identity Card Sponsor (KTP) and KIPEM/Surat Keterangan Tinggal from the Village (updated the marital status).
  4. Original Family Card Sponsor (updated the marital status).
  5. Original Birth Certificate of sponsor.
  6. Marriage Registration Certificate from Civil Registry Office.
  7. Copy Birth Certificate of sponsor (Indonesian wife / husband).
  8. Copy the last 3 (three) months spouse’s Bank Statement. With minimum balance U$ 1,500.00
  9. Red background photographs. Sized 4x6cm=4pcs
  10. Children under 18 years old, please add: Original Birth Certificate and parents ID Card.
  11. Resident Statement (Surat Keterangan Domisili) from the Head of Village.

Family visa sponsored by spouse or parents with Working Visa:

  1. Color copy passport with all stamped pages, valid minimal 18 months.
  2. Original Marriage Certificate registered in the couple both countries.
  3. Copy of spouse KITAS and Blue Book.
  4. Copy of spouse IMTA, RPTKA and DPKK.  
  5. Copy the last 3 (three) months spouse’s Bank Statement.  
  6. Red background Photographs. Sized 4x6cm = 4pcs.
  7. Children under 18 years old please add: Original Birth Certificate and parents ID Card.

  6. When the applicant is arrived in Indonesia, please contact Bali PAS immediately. The next step is to arrange the KITAS (Limited Stay Permit Card) at the local Immigration Office. The application must be submitted within 7 days from the arrival. This process takes about 3 weeks. During this process, Bali PAS will contact the applicant to come to the immigration office for interview (husband and wife), photographs and fingerprints session. Please note, a delay of this application will be subject to penalty.
  7. A police report and documentation called Surat Tanda Melapor (STM) will be arranged and takes at least one month. This is the final step of your visa process.
  8. The KITAS is valid for 1 year from arrival date in Indonesia. To extend the KITAS, please contact Bali PAS at least 1 month before the expiry date. The KITAS can be extended while the holder is in Indonesia. A KITAS is extendable until 5 times, than the holder can apply a 5 years KITAP (Permanent Stay Permit).
  9. A Re-Entry Permit already included in the KITAS, this is required when the KITAS holder is going to leave Indonesia and wish to use the same visa on the way back to enter Indonesia.
  10. An Exit Permit Only (EPO) is required when the KITAS holder wishes to stop using their visa. Please contact Bali PAS at least 1 week before the expiry date of the KITAS or 1 week before exit from Indonesia (Ticket required).

 

Multiple Re-Entry Permit

A Re-Entry Permit is required for a Permanent Stay Permit (Indonesian KITAP) holder who is going to leave Indonesia and wish to use the same visa on the way back to enter Indonesia. Should the holder of a Re-entry Permit choose not to return to Indonesia within the time specified as shown in the permit, then the Permit is deemed to be expired.      

Multiple Re-Entry Permit 12 months. 

This permit allows the holder to leave Indonesia and return to Indonesia as many times as they desire within 12 months.

Multiple Re-Entry Permit 24 months. 

This permit allows the holder to leave Indonesia and return to Indonesia as many times as they desire within 24 months.

Documents required from the sponsor (Working KITAP holder):

  1. Application letter (signed by the company director and sealed with a stamp).
  2. Copy of sponsor’s ID card (KTP).

EPO (Exit Permit Only)

An Exit Permit Only (EPO) is required for the Limited Stay Permit (Indonesian KITAS) holder who is going to stop using the visa.

Documents required from the applicant:

  1. Original Passport
  2. KITAS (Limited Stay Permit Card) or ITAS Online.
  3. Blue Book (Foreign Control Book) for Kitas holder issued before February 2014.
  4. Copy ticket.
  5. Working KITAS holder please show original proof of DPKK payment and IMTA.

 Documents required from the sponsor:

  1. Application letter (signed by the company director and sealed with a stamp).
  2. Copy of sponsor’s ID card (KTP).

The above application fee includes:

  1. Exit Permit Only stamp on the passport.
  2. Returning KITAS Card / ITAS Online

  2. Bali PAS staff will attend for all matters concerning your Exit Permit Only to the Indonesian Immigration Office. This process takes at least 5 working days.
  3. According to the Immigration Regulation, EPO could be submitted 7 days before flight ticket.

 

Working Visa

A Working Visa is required for a foreigner who wants to work in Indonesia. This visa is also called Working KITAS, valid for 1 year and it is extendable every one year based on Immigration and the Indonesian authority approval. The sponsor must be a company based in Indonesia where the foreigner going to work.

Subject of this visa is citizen of the following countries; Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei Philippine, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, Holland, Belgium, Finland, India, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Swiss, Italy, Austria, Spain, USA, Canada.

Company documents required for the sponsorship:

  1. Color copy of Company Act / Akta Pendirian  
  2. Color copy of Company Locality Letter / TDP   
  3. Color copy of Company Tax Number / NPWP
  4. Color copy of Company Business License / SIUP / SITU
  5. Color copy of Company Domicile / SKTU
  6. Color copy Decision Ministry of Justice / Surat Keputusan Menteri Kehakiman
  7. Color copy Organization Structure
  8. Copy of Employee Contract
  9. Color copy of Director's ID card

When the family members are involved and require a visa:

  • Copy of the spouse’s and children’s passport.
  • Copy of the marriage certificate.
  • Copy of the children’s birth certificates.
  • Copy of the family register.
  • Red background Photographs. Sized 4x6cm = 4 pcs, 3x4cm = 4pcs.

The above application fee includes:

  1. Approval from Jakarta Immigration Head Office.
  2. KITAS (Limited Stay Permit Card) from Bali Immigration Office.
  3. IMTA (Working Permit)
  4. Police documentation.
  5. Multiple Re-Entry Permit 1 year.

The above application fee doesn’t include:

  1. DPKK Tax (US$ 1,200.00 / Year)
  2. Visa application fee at the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.

Process:

  1. Please prepare all the above required documents. Send them to Bali PAS as per address below or as these are copies may be forwarded by email to : info@indonesiavisas.com
  2. Bali PAS shall arrange the approval from Ministry of Labor of Indonesia and the approval from Immigration Head Office Jakarta. This process takes at least 8 weeks.  
  3. Bali PAS will send the approval together with the related documents to the applicant. This approval is valid for 2 months or as stated on the approval letter to apply the visa at the appointed Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.
  4. Please apply the visa at the appointed Indonesian Embassy or Consulate. Visa application fee is not included in our arrangement fee. There are differences in fees, terms and conditions almost in every Indonesian Embassy or Consulate. We recommend the applicant to ask to the Embassy or Consulate by themselves at where the visa application will be submitted. The Indonesian Embassy or Consulate is closed on Indonesian National holiday as well as country's own national holiday where they are.
  5. The Indonesian Embassy or Consulate will issue the visa based on their authority. Once the visa is granted and issued, please use the visa and enter Indonesia within 2 (two) months or as stated on the visa sticker so that the given visa is not expired.
  6. When the applicant is arrived in Indonesia, please contact Bali PAS immediately to do the rest of the arrangement. The next step is to apply the working permit (IMTA), KITAS (Limited Stay Permit Card). The application must be submitted to the Indonesian Authority and local Immigration Office within 7 days after arrival in Indonesia. This process takes about 4 weeks. During this process, Bali PAS will contact the applicant to come to the immigration office for photographs and fingerprints session. Please note, a delay of this application will be subject to penalty.
  7. A police report and documentation called Surat Tanda Melapor (STM) will be processed and takes at least one month. This is the final step of your visa process.
  8. The KITAS is valid for 1 year from arrival date in Indonesia. To extend the KITAS, please contact Bali PAS at least 2 month before the expiry date. The KITAS can be extended while the holder is in Indonesia. A KITAS is extendable until 5 times, than the holder can apply a 5 years KITAP (Permanent Stay Permit).

Retirement KITAP for 5 Years 

A Retirement KITAP is valid for 5 years and included 2 years Multiple Re Entry Permit.

KITAP could be applied after KITAS Holder is using KITAS 3 years with same sponsor.

Term and Condition:

Bali PAS is associated with Authorized Travel Agency Kuta Cemerlang Bali Jaya (KCBJ). Please visit their website www.kcbj.co.id. KCBJ is operated since 1983, as one of a few travel agency granted permission to sponsor a retirement visa. KCBJ is located at the same address with Bali PAS. 

Holders of this visa are not allowed to work, earn money inside Indonesia or involved by employment contract with any party, respect and obey the Indonesian and International laws, regulations and or public ethics. Any violations of the Indonesian laws, regulations, public ethic or any criminal case resulting from their misconduct and all kinds of taxes resulting from their existence in Indonesia will be their own responsibility. KCBJ only provides the sponsorship but KCBJ does not responsible for any of the matters mentioned above.

Documents required from the applicant (According to art 142.i, Government Regulation No.31 of 2013):

  1. Sponsor letter from appointed Travel Agency in Indonesia.
  2. Original passport, valid minimal 18 months also sufficient space for the Immigration Stamp.
  3. Original immigration control book (Blue Book).
  4. Original Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS)
  5. Statement from the bank or pension fund in home country or in Indonesia regarding the availability of funds to live in Indonesia last 3 months.
  6. Valid Health insurance, life insurance, and third party liability coverage (Original Card and Policy)
  7. Proof of residential status, new contract or rental agreement in Indonesia and copy ID card of Owner in Indonesia.
  8. Employment Letter. The applicant must employ at least one Indonesian citizen for informal assistance. Copy of Indonesian employee ID card is required.
  9. Red background photographs. Sized 4x6cm = 4pcs.
  10. Applicant Curriculum Vitae and Declaration Form provided by Bali PAS.
  11. Resident Statement (Surat Keterangan Tempat Tinggal) from the Head of Civil Registry.       

Additional documents when the family members are involved and require a visa extension:

  • Copy of the marriage certificate
  • Copy of the children’s birth certificate
  • Copy of the family register
  • Red background photographs. Sized 4x6cm = 4pcs.

The above application fee includes:

  1. KITAP (Limited Stay permit Card) from Immigration Office.
  2. Police documentation; Surat Tanda Melapor (STM).
  3. Sponsorship for 5 years.
  4. Multiple Re-Entry Permit 2 year.

The above application fee doesn’t include:

  1. EPO (Exit Permit Only) when the holder wishes to stop using the KITAP.
  2. Translation fee for any documents.
  3. Any insurance and personal liability.
  4. Penalty of overstay fee.
  5. Other cost which is not mentioned on the “fee includes”.

Process:

  1. Please prepare all the above documents required from the applicant at least 3 (three) months before the 1 year Kitas expiry date. Send them to Bali PAS as per address below or contact us for pick up arrangement.
  2. Bali PAS shall arrange the extension immediately to apply a new KITAP (Permanent Stay Permit) to the local Immigration Office, Regional Office (Kanwil) and Central Immigration Office Jakarta. This process takes about 2 months. During this process, Bali PAS will contact the applicant to come to the Immigration Office for photographs and fingerprints session.
  3. A 2 years Re-Entry Permit already included in the KITAP, this is required when the KITAP holder is going to leave Indonesia and wish to use the same visa on the way back to enter Indonesia.
  4. Extension KITAP performed more than 3 months before the expiry date.
  5. A police documentation called Surat Tanda Melapor (STM) will be processed and takes at least 2 weeks. This is the final step of your visa process.
